OK, what was the actual "assault"... or was it just "propositioning"? ("verbal assault" to today's SJWs?)

That, according to the woman, was when the sexual assault happened, as the woman told police Mr Basic indecently assaulted and stalked her. The teenager claimed Mr Basic had allegedly propositioned her for sex in return for his help before following her and once again propositioning her.

Also, Stalking as interpreted by NSW public includes "persistent" conduct: Stalking involves a persistent course of conduct or actions by a person which are intended to maintain contact with or exercise power and control over another person.

Why did the woman's attorney not attempt to vacate the conviction when he or she discovered it was a lie? What a piece of sh%t everyone involved in this, cept for the poor guy wrongly prosecuted. That woman needs to spend time in prison. What a terrible woman.

In the US people awaiting trial can be housed in the same facility as long-term convicted felons. Call it whatever you want, but get your facts straight.

A small percentage of rape accusations are false and conviction rates for rape are minuscule, around 1%.

However, those who are falsely accused suffer greatly and just from clicking on a few of the thousands cleared by the innocence project, it seems that many die shortly after exoneration.

I'm not saying it's not a tragedy, but why the hell does a running website have multiple posts at once on this relatively rare crime and almost zero posts about the thousands upon thousands of rapes occurring???
