Nike earplugs

I just got a pair of those with an MP3 player. The software for the player has been a pain in the butt, but the earphones are awesome! They stay put, have great sound, and are much more comfortable than anything else I've tried while running (maybe 10 different types). Make sure you get ones with the squishy foam thingies on the end (so you're not just sticking plastic and metal in your ear) and remember there's no remote control on the wire (some earphones offer that feature, I never thought it was necessary).

The Rio ones that wrap around you're ear work great. They are soft and very flexible which keeps them from irritating

the ear like the Sony ones.
