I have a pair of the 4% i race in bit i train in Hoka. I really want to try training in the flyknit.
1. Do i need to size up a 1/2 size?
2. Are they a better option then training in Pegasus turbo?

True to size, same as every other Nike shoe I wear 11.5. Whether trail, road, whatever
Peg turbo is a great recovery shoe and I have a pair for casual use. If you run faster than 7min mile pace they are slow on the turnover. The 4% is the fastest shoe out there. Period.
I would train in the zoom Fly flyknit s for tempos, turbos for recovery and 4% for runs over 16mi
I asked cause the 4% arent true to size. you have to up 1/2 size in them and I wanted to make sure that the Flyknit werent like that.
And all other Nikes. No adjustment needed.
Exact opposite of above poster.
I'm an 11.5 in all Nikes but one: Pegasus, Peg Turbo, ZoomFly FlyKnit and Original VF 4%.
I'm a 12 in the FlyKnit 4%.
Can you try them on first?

I wear 10.5 in all Nike running shoes, also 10.5 in 4% Flyknit. I would not recommend sizing up.
