I need to slow my easy runs (I think) but am having a hard time.
Currently my easy runs come in around 7:30 and anything slower physically hurts to do.
I find it nearly impossible to run 8:00 or slower and keep my cadence up and stride length short unless i'm on the treadmill.
Should I throw my 170 cadence out the window and succumb to the 160 it would take or really shorten my stride length to slow down to 8:00+?
