Depends. Are you more speed-based or endurance heavy?
Mcmillanrunning calculator works fairly well
That should run you like around 2:05/6 in the 8 and 10:15 ish in the 2 mile
Jack Daniels' calculator claims that a 10:13 3200 and a 16:31 5000 are equivalent. I highly doubt you could get close to those times though as you're probably aerobically underdeveloped, and would suggest that you can probably run more like 10:25/17:00.
Also, I imagine you could run an 800 in 2:05 - 2:07. This is just speculation based on the limited information I've got.
800: 2:00-2:12
3200: 10:15-10:50
5000: 16:20-17:00

Ummm......2:00 is equivalent to a 9:45 3200m.

not necessarily. Plenty of high schoolers can break 2 but not 10. It all comes down to whether you are a speed guy or an endurance guy

Nah. Maybe for masters runners or aerobic monsters. Heck, breaking 10:00 in high school will make you more competitive than breaking 2:00. They are not near equivalent.
I just checked the state of California. 680 guys have broken 10 but only 303 have broken 2. So breaking 2 appears to be much tougher than breaking 10.
I am heavily aerobic based as I have very little natural speed.
Also, I have ran a 10:41 3200 while being sick enough to miss school and a 17:35 5k 5 months ago. I have ran ~40 MPW in the last month.
