So I've been running the 3200m and 1600m since 7th grade. In 8th grade my mile time was a 5:19, 9th grade 4:56, 10th grade 4:42. I've also consistently ran cross country since 9th grade. In 9th I ran a 19:23, in 10th I ran an 18:23, and in 11th grade I ran an 18:35. I'm currently coming to an end of my 11th grade Outdoor Track season and so far my SR for this year is 11:08. And before this year I PR'd in 9th grade with a 10:46 but haven't been able to reach that time again. I average about 20-30 miles a week and do consistent speed intervals on Saturday's. My goal is for a 10:40 at least and a 4:36-4:39 for the 1600. Does anyone know any strategy's I could attempt or anything like that?
