So true. It's nit Caster's fault being born like that; however, it is totally unfair to ask women to compete against athletes with testerone levels they can never achieve legally and male reproductive system. Ajee was cleared because she was innocent its not like she is Usain Bolt and the sport needs her, no she was cleared because she told tge truth and never doped.

The real story is athletes lije her can now build towards a legacy that should have started years if Caster, Francine, and Margaret had depressed their advantage giving high testerone level as they always should have from day one. Their fault NO WAY, fair or moral to other women NO..so what must be done was done. Now its a level playing field and may the best FEMALE 800m runner rule...Ajee Wilson.

Sorry but if taking performance enhancing drugs is immoral, so is forcing someone to take performance suppressing medication. She shd run in her natural state or not at all. Hv you studied the long term effects of testosterone suppression? This is going down a dark path. So the women with extremely low testosterone cos there must be, not all of them hv the same amounts, are they allowed to boost theirs? Just say she isnt allowed to run period. This nonsense of she is only allowed to run if she loses is just or turns into a mediocre version of herself is unethical.

It is not such a 'dark path' if hormone therapy is used regularly today in medicine. Increasing numbers are being prescribed TRT as they lose testosterone with age, and transgender who have "transitioned" take testosterone suppressants. Semenya's problem is that her natural state is not natural for her category of athlete unless they are DSD, like her, or transgender. If she takes testosterone suppressants that would be no different from transgender who do the same. Like her, they have testes that produce male levels of testosterone.

Your further point that women with extremely low levels of testosterone should be able to boost theirs misses the point. Low levels are not performance enhancing. Provided they stay within the normal prescribed limit for women they gain no unfair advantage over other women if they boost their levels. It is like correcting for anaemia as distinct from blood doping.

She has high T because she has male chromosomes. That's a bit different than "wing span" and other "physical attributes".

Too many people claim that he is being forced to receive hormone treatments. That’s as dumb as saying if an able bodied person wants to compete in the Paralympics, he is being forced to have a limb removed. Semenya canncompete as a man.
