Yep... a poorly formatted sentence. Moving on...
You are very brave to post this in the hive of the Tinman cult.
Say it with me, slowly: CV TRAINING DOES. NOT. WORK.
CV has gained a lot of traction because liberals are always looking for the easy way out.
Any coach in Kenya is going to have the opportunity to coach runners far above Drew Hunter's current level, so even no name Internet coaches wishing to spread their name from Scandinavia or who knows where that have coached Kenyan runners have done so. That doesn't mean that they are that great. They have the large supply of hungry athletes (hungry meaning very eager to do what it takes to win, not necessarily physically hungry) of the deepest country in world distance running history, training in inexpensive places at altitude with (still) a fair amount of dirt roads, tracks, and enormous numbers of great training partners.

I can strongly advice all runners that 10 k paced training is absolutely not necessary
to reach individual max performance. If you look at the greatest systems in history it comes down to just three main paces to succeed . Max VO2-pace, LT-pace and the very best individual aerobic power pace ( LSD ). Stop thinking that the best way have to be complicated ! It`s not! Make it simple and run the best you have ever run…...Good luck!

No, I don't work with CV (I don't live in Spokane)... they've got a great tradition there with a solid program and coaches!
