hi,
I tried the mcmillan calculator to see what I would do in a 800m. I run 2:22 in a km. It is indicated that 2:22/1K is equal to 2:34/800. Is that possible? Because for same pace of my KM PR , it is a 2:40/800.

No. A 1km in 2:22 is 1:53 per 800. A 2:37.5 1km is 2:22 per 800. A 2:22 800 should convert to around 3:00+ for 1 km. A 2:22 1km should convert to around sub-1:50 for 800.
Sounds like you're bad with numbers and typed something in wrong.
McMillan Running Calculator is by far the most accurate calculator that you can quickly use for free on the internet.
Jack Daniels VDot is pretty good, but doesn't cover nearly enough distances.
However, McMillan gets progressively less accurate the shorter you go in distance. They definitely gear things towards endurance-based athletes.

FYI
The VDOT calculator allows for custom distances... and is consistently accurate assuming conditions aren't drastically different, and training is accurate for both distances.
