How much rest between hill sprint reps do you recommend? These are 6-7 second efforts up a moderately steep hill, with 9 or 10 in the lone set.

Jog back
At least 3 minutes between reps
FULL recovery. Whatever that takes.
48 hours walking between each rep.
Full recovery 4-5+ mins

For fast twitchers maybe. For slow twitchers, we recover in less than one minute.

No you don't. The sprints aren't working your slow twitch.

Slow twitcher don't sprint very fast. That's why they recover quickly.
We would run a hill like that pre-season Track. We walked down the backside looked around about a 200m jog and went again. Great 800 stuff.
There’s not a prescription. If you want pure speed, full rest. Going for more 400/800 then less.

Nope. Also failing to recover is why they don't maximize the potential of the workout.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Actually, I do. It's basic physiology.
Extend your rest and you won't be so damned slow.
Actually you don't. Your speed is limited by your genetics. Real sprinters need long recoveries. Distance runners don't. Middle distance runners are in between.

Unless you have muscle biopsy you are just guessing. You can be a slow person with fast twitch muscles.
Still whatever fast twitch fibers you have need full recovery. That takes a lengthy time.
You're letting your cardio fool your neuro.
It's pretty obvious who is a sprinter and who is a distance runner. One way is to do the OPs session a few times and see how much recovery you need.
Arguing about the phsiology when you haven't the experience to know how to do hill sprints is plain crazy.
A lot of bad info on this thread.
What is the purpose of this workout? Based on the specs you gave, it sounds like a neuromuscular/speed workout, where you will be running as close to as fast as you can for a short rep. In that case, 3 minutes is a good rule of thumb. This is the time it takes for muscle tissue to replenish creatine phosphate reserves, which are used in the first 6-8 seconds of exercise.
If this is a cardiovascular workout, rest until your heart rate is under 120 BPM.
Just like a track workout it depends on what you are wanting to accomplish.
You said sprint reps so I assume you are wanting to really burn it hard, so a long full recovery would be correct.
You can do other longer hills that aren't all out, but more conditioning so you can shorten the rest or up the # of reps, etc.

Why are you doing it then?
Hill sprint implies actually sprinting.
Not just running hard up a short hill with short recovery. You're no longer sprinting after the first one if you do that.
