2:40 in the full marathon. 3:00 at Boston is the densest group of runners. At 2:40, you're running with few other people.
85 miles a week sustained or more. Sub 2:40 (men) Sub 3:00 (women) marathon at least and Boston at least if you are a fanboi. Not looking like a pansy when running but like all Macho Camacho Superman.
Not having your nipples bleed on distances over 20k
No Fanny packs
No hidration packs in the marathon
No gels and keys belts either
Not overdressing to look like a runner while being a slow jogger
Not getting all teenage girl on social media with crap races
No fainting at the finish line either^
Doing negative splits perfectly/ i.e not semisprinting at the start just to block real runners some valuable seconds.
Having seen many running documentaries like a fanboi
Enjoying long runs and hills
doing workouts with no food/water/gels
Running even if its really sunny/snowy/hailing/rauning etc (unlike tha pansys saying Boston should be moved becase it was too "wet and cold" for their nipples.
Knowing the 80/20 or some close variable and actually training like that.
Not coming to LetsRun everyday while still being slow.
