First 4 miles with Mrs. Stone including 1 mile at GMP (7:48). Second 4 miles solo progression: 7:40, 7:12, 6:26, 5:33 (last .5 mile at 5:13/mi). Given how I hadn’t done any running faster than 7:30/mi since the HM two weeks ago and how I have taken a good number of days off since then, I was surprised I was able to crank it down that much.
