I actually would expect that. We had 4 guys who did a similar workout (600-500-400-300-200-200) with 5 min rest after 600, then 4 min rest in between the rest who all ran 2:00-2:05 low and 600 in 1:26-1:28, 1:14-1:18, 59-61, 43-46, then 26-28, 26-28. They started at the beginning of outdoor 2:08-2:11 and ended the season with 2:00-2:05. The above workout was done about 4-5 weeks before state. It all depends on your background which you didn’t provide whether you’re speed-based or endurance based. A lot of times in those workouts if your endurance isn’t that good, the 600m rep usually ends up your 800m race pace. I gave a prediction off of very limited info you provided.

Last year in practice we would do 400s all out with 8-10 minute rest and the fastest I ever ran in practice was a 57.
