Hello guys,
I wash my Adidas Bounce with my hands and warm water with hair shampoo.
I let it now to dry in the sun.
Is it okay to do that ? is it ruin the shoes?

I've washed my running shoes for 20 years and never experienced a problem. Running shoes are designed to handle puddles and rain so they can easily handle washing. But you must let them air dry as you are doing. Clothes dryers will melt the glue that hold the shoe together.
It shouldn’t be a problem at all. Cleaning grit off them will improve the life of the uppers, and your socks by reducing friction.
As has been mentioned, you can run them through a laundry machine.
The UV radiation from drying them in the sun will actually help kill any smell too so it’s the best way to do it. Just pull out the sock liners to improve airflow.
Drying your shoes after every run will keep the smell down and help them last longer. Every runner should do it.
