Hey guys I am currently a junior year in high school and have started to take running more seriously. This is my first year running track. For most of my life, I have played soccer at a competitive level and the reason why I got into winter track was to stay in shape for spring soccer. However, with a recent injury preventing me from playing soccer for 6 months, I have decided to take up track for the spring. This is my first year and based off my current prs, I was wondering what time I can run.
