What we don't understand though is why if she was using someone else's passport that their are a bunch of results listed under her name on Tilastopaja.

I'm all for going after steroid users. Yet the moment I make a thread on here complaining about steroid use in Russia the thread is deleted.

Considering the "state sponsored doping" was a political charge based on the unsubstantiated allegations of one guy, and recently discredited by the CIS, why shouldn't an athlete try to circumvent the ban?
The ban itself is the cheating; western countries didn't like losing so they made something up.

Russian track and field athletes may have become victims of scammers, after suspicious people posing themselves as doping control officers tested them at the training camp in Kenya.
The athletes suspect that the fake officers planned to use fabricated failed doping tests in an attempt to seek financial reward.
“On March 12 a group of people who introduced themselves as members of IDTM, a global network of Doping Control Officers, came to us to take doping tests,” Andrey Savin, the husband and coach of Russian 800-meter runner Ksenia Savina, told Match TV.
“Several aspects of their work looked very suspicious to us. First of all, an IDTM card was shown on a phone, no originals were demonstrated to us.
“Secondly, the doping collection procedure was carried out in an inappropriate way, my wife’s doping probe was shaken by an officer which is unacceptable,” he added.
Savin also noted that the athletes couldn’t refuse undergoing doping control procedure as, according to IAAF rules, “failure to comply with a request to provide a sample may result in sanction being imposed by IAAF.”
“We took pictures of all the documents and sent them to the IAAF and ADAK [Anti-doping agency of Kenya]. The Kenyan body said the man [who had taken doping tests] is unfamiliar to them adding they were unaware of any sanctioned doping controls. IAAF said they made requirements regarding the case to other doping-related bodies,” he added.
In a statement released by the ADAK, the body confirmed it received multiple complaints regarding illegal doping tests held by unauthorized doping officers in Kenya.

Russian middle distance runner Kseniya Savina allegedly defied a ban on Russian athletes taking part in international competition eleven times over three years by using a friend’s passport, reports MatchTV. The report alleges that both Savina and another athlete, Galina Syshko, grew up together in Crimea, which was annexed by Russia in 2014. As such, both athletes were entitled to a Russian passport.
MatchTV alleges that Savina could not use her Russian passport to compete overseas, as she had already been successful in international competitions. However Syshko, who had not been successful in international competitions, had retained her Ukrainian passport. As both athletes are around the same age and look similar (see Instagram photo below), MatchTV alleges that Savina used her friend’s Ukrainian passport to compete in international competitions in Belgium, the Czech Republic and Portugal.
The final proof of the substitution are photos from the start where the false Syshko ran. Despite the sunglasses, they are clearly guessed Savina.

And here, ladies and gentlemen, we have what is known as "the Lance Armstrong defence".
If you look up atletika_plus, I think this is her account. It looks like her and she posts pics of her racing all over her Instagram. One of the funny things is that if you look at her most recent pic, she is wearing a Ukranian shirt as she stands on the podium of an 800m event in Italy. She says in the comments that it is not a current pic, but in most of her other ones, she has all Russian kit on and says she is representing Russia. So she is kinda embarrassing being a fraud posting the same day she was also sentenced to a 12-year ban.
I don't care if she is back on the track in any way. If everyone is fine with cheats like Niyosamba & Wilson in the sport than Savina would certainly be welcome aboard as well.
Well, she seems to have more imagination re her cheating than all of the top East Africans put together (and they're all cheats).
