I’m not sure if this is a solid workout to predict the 800/1600 but we did it this morning, and you can say 3200 if you want as well.
4 x 1600(1min rest) + 4 x 200(200 jog rest)
Splits - 5:12,5:05,5:08,5:09-29,28,28,26
Effort - 7.5/10
Had around 10 mph winds on the back stretch for every single rep we did, and on the 200s it was a crosswind so it made things a little more difficult.
