Hello,
What do you think I can run for a 800?
Workouts:
12 x 200m with 100m recovery at 30-31
12 x 400m with 200m recovery at 68-69
8 x 600m with 200m recovery at 1:48-1:51

Take more recovery in your workouts, jesus man.
2:00
1:56-1:58. That 12x200 is strong. 12x400 shows decent strength, maybe 4:25 miler strength. The 8x600m is probably the worst so I won't say anything about that

How long is it taking you to cover those recovery distances? Walking or jogging?
What is your current 800 PR? ... set this season, or last season?
The recoveries are a light jog (8:00 min pace to 9:00 min pace)... I have only run one 800 race (and it was indoor) I did a 2:09 and felt like I took it way too easy (was a good learning experience).
Could be 2:06-2:12
Depends on how much was left in the tank on the banister workout. Get the 400s to 63 and my opinion is 2flat
1:57 probably. Don't know your ability at sub-race pace work but the 12x200 is solid.
The 200s and 400s are solid, solid workouts. Just based off of your workouts without any prior knowledge of your pr's or age (or mileage), I believe within a few weeks you could run close to a 1:56-1:58 800, and anywhere between 4:22-4:28 1600. If you have good speed, the 800 could even get quicker. If you can run a 400 in around 52, you may be able to drop down even more, into the 1:55/54 range if you consistently train and ray through the end of May, but that requires speed would be hard to develop at this point if you are already in season which you probably are.. The 600s aren't special compared to the others, but just stick with the other distances. Good luck.
1:58-2:03
4:28-4:38
Funny to see people say the 600s are the weakest. They are clearly the strongest. Same volume as the 400s, but longer intervals, with less total rest, and slightly faster!
I would say you can run sub 2:04/4:40.
Good luck!
