I started by day by 4:30 and head out for a run by 4:45. I'll be done with my morning workout by 7 and then I'll have a fitness(40g) cereal with 250ml low fat milk and a banana and maybe sometimes even peanuts. I'll have my mid-morning snack by 10 which conists of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (whole wheat bread)
My lunch time is around 1pm which is a plate of white rice with veggies, chicken, sometimes low fat yogurt. Afternoon snack is at around 3:30-4pm and I'll have either a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, peanuts, an orange, cereal, egg sandwich. I'll then go for a walk by 6 and be back by 7.
My dinner is at around 8 which consists of a plateful of pasta with chicken, eggs scrambled, veggies.
Calorie intake for my typical day is 2400-2700 daily. Is it an okay diet?
Also, suggest some for snack foods or anything else good to eat because I want something new.
