Super slow so this question will seem laughable and a waste of time to answer, but this question is killing me and I need some sort of estimate to focus on. Had a 4-5 month break from running; before I was running VO2 max sessions of 6x800 with 2:00 rest in 3:00 average and 5x1000m/4x1600m cruise intervals in 4:19/7:05 average with 1:00 rest. Even though I was seriously aerobically underdeveloped, I was miles fitter than I am now. How long can I expect it to take to return to that sort of fitness (if you can call it fitness lol)
