HGH, creatine, and a side plate of testosterone. In between meals and training, remember to spend as much time as possible in front of the mirror preening.
As a 15 year old sprinter ill remember those and note them down for future reference.
Thank you for the advice.
Its always good to get advice from the older generations in athletics.
Any useful advice???
protien probably
Probably not too much different than a distance runner's. Only difference would be a little more protein and little less carbs than your prototypical distance guy takes in.
I'm a high school sprinter...i've been somewhat succesful (you can see my times on the all wejo team). Before every morning meet I eat biscuits and gravy, and before an afternoon meet, I eat a Big Mac and fries. I'm being completely honest this is what works for me. I eat a lot of protein during the week, bacon egg and cheese for breakfast, sushi for lunch 3 or 4 times a week, a sandwich the other days, and always some kind of protein for dinner.
Pink tacos. And alot of em.
