If my 400 pr is a 54 mid, what should my 800 time be roughly around? I’m a 400/800 runner, and I’ve only run the mile once where I ran 4:57 (early season last year), also I’m a sophomore

My 400 pr was also 54 mid and I was able to run 1:59 my senior year and split a 1:58. However my mile time was a 4:34 (which realistically could have been at least 5 seconds faster). Without any information of what your training is like I would say you could probably run a 2:04-2:06.
I wouldn't classify your self as a 400/800 runner yet either. A 54 isn't fast. It might be at your school, but in the grand scheme of things it's really not. If you get down to a 51, then maybe.
What really helped me progress in the 800 after running a 2:07 my sophomore year was joining the xc team and running a lot more consistent mileage. I recommend doing that
