You will be on the road 6 or 7 hours to do your 15 miler so I suggest stopping at Ryans Steakhouse mid way for some carb loading, gels do not cut it and you'll be fine.

So much of it is personal preference...but you did ask:
GU Chocolate Outrage is probably the one I use the most. I like the taste, it doesn't bother me, and it gives me some quick and convenient fuel when I need it.
I also like the Powergel chocolate or vanilla, and most of the Carbboom flavors and Accel Gel flavors are solid as well.
On a long run a few days ago, I consumed perhaps the worst thing ever - Clif Shot Cola Buzz. Absolutely horrible.
So try some different ones out. And definitely chase them with enough water (you may not need as much with the Carbboom version).

I doubt you'd need anything on a 100-110 minute run. You'll be fine, just be hydrated and run easy.
