Silly observation, but the difference in physical appearance between Kenyans and Ethiopians is glaring despite being neighbors. The Eth. girls always seem to run with a frown, and look far less relaxed compared with Kenyan elite females.

I've noticed ethiopian runners tend to have thicker legs compared to Kenyans on average. I wonder why?

Koreans don't care. We have tendencies to not care if we're not winning. Since the E. Africans own the sports, we just don't care. We focus on thing we're good at. However, people do run marathons for their hobby jogging glory.
I am not Korean, and I also don't care. And I am not sad.

Oops, sorry. Yes big respect for Soh Rui Yong and his Sing. record. If he really trains in Singapore, which is like 85-90 degrees (30 cent. +) all year, even more respect, because the heat and humidity is draining in Singapore. In addition, conrete everywhere with few if any trails.
