I am currently a junior in HS and I have just started engaging in my school’s track and field activities and I have come to really enjoy the High Jump event. I find the event both challenging and exhilarating, and I firmly believe I could never get tired off it. My only regret is not doing track and field sooner, which poses my question. Could I, a beginner, train every day for a year and become impressively good in the High Jump event, and if so how much training and dedication would be required? Thank You so much!
