Like I have heard mixed opinions about this.. Some people think you can take weeks/months off without really losing any fitness, or you may lose some fitness but if you were already fit before it takes A LOT shorter time to regain your fitness than if you had never been fit before.
Others worry that if they take a week off while on vacation they will lose all their fitness.
How long does it really take to start losing fitness and how progressive is it? Like what percentile of fitness do you lose per X amount of time taken off from working out?
