4:48 is my guess. If you were in a perfect race maybe a second or two faster.

I ran 4:58 and a similar workout to yours a year ago, but my splits were 2 seconds slower so you are definitely in sub 4:50 shape.

Gonna log in on my main account haha. Awesome man, I finally am feeling good, knowing all the sweat and blood and fatigue the past 3 months for base phase wasn’t for nothing. Hopefully my sub 4:35 goal is realistic, we will see. Being 4:50 or under already with no workouts makes me feel very confident about this season.
