Wondering if using the 4% for an important indoor 5k on a banked track would make any difference over racing spikes. Five seconds worth? More?

1st and 3rd in MVC Indoor women's 5,000 wore Vaporfly. They are from Loyola U. of Chicago. UNI not a banked track = 200 meters flat.
I might go vaporfly on a flat track, but my feet get messed up by 200m tracks. I think you'll be fine in spikes unless you have issues like I do.
