Long story short, I am currently fasting due to religious purposes for a whole day. I am a 20 year old male.
Normally, I run 70 mpw. Sunday I ran 15, Monday 10.5, and Tuesday (yesterday) 10. I also ate a lot yesterday, what one would consider a cheat day. However, today I feel really cold/weak and was planning on doing easy mileage, but am considering a rest day.
My fast ends at midnight, and I normally do my workouts around 11 am or noon. Should I go to sleep without eating and then eat before my workout (I usually don't eat before runs, just coffee), eat after midnight and then go to bed and run my morning run without food, or extend the fast until after my run?
