If I went to a spa and got a normal full body massage (nothing sexual) and I got naked or changed in front of the hidden police camera, could I sew them?
Also, if they are allowed to do this in a spa, could they put a camera in a bathroom or gym locker room if they suspect people are dealing drugs there?
Those cameras were pretty disturbing.
You may have a hard time sewing the police though. I used to see some of the asian women crocheting blankets between massages to donate to the police during christmas so they were left alone. Not cold enough in Florida for that to work.

LOL, sew them good. Have no idea if you could sue them, but I'd like to hear from any lawyers on here because the hidden camera thing is not good.
Generally an investigator must go to a judge with support that there is most likely criminal activity but all other efforts to collect evidence have been exhausted. The judge can then give an order allowing the camera.
Once the police have you hemmed in, there isn't much you can do.
This is crazy. Government has way too much control. Some things need to stay private. The police just need to find a better way to do their jobs.

Law enforcement had a warrant to place those cameras in salon. That means county prosecutors and law enforcement presented evidence to a judge in order to obtain said warrant to search and place cameras at the stated salon.
Without a video the customer can claim he just received a back massage so it is necessary for any prosecution.
It seems logical, though, that the video absolutely cannot be released or leaked to the media without liability to the police.

BS. The cops are just lazy. They could have recorded information from the men leaving and then gotten DNA samples from inside.

There's not going to be a DNA sample from a BJ. A video is cheaper and less time consuming than a forensic investigation. And this isn't a murder investigation.

always ask your spa if they have had a recent fire inspection, and if pulled over for traffic inspection, don't go back the next day
