Is it possible for IAAF to investigate posible age fraud at junior Worlda. If the Kenyan Athletics Association can prove that Bharain is fudging athletes ages can athltes be banned from competition/ This is a serious problem . How the hell is an actual 18 or 17 year old supposed to beat a 16 year old running 1:44 ( who is realy 25!!!)

Not to take away from your primary point, but isn't the issue about World Youth and not World Junior?
This is not just a Kenyan problem. Many Ethiopians will agree that a lot of their athletes are way older than they say they are. No big deal when they are a senior ( officially) but a big deal when they pretend to be juniors.
