Quick! Im running 3200m on 300m track. Whats my lap pace if i want to go sub 10?

You are correct, but you shouldn't have provided the answer. Anyone old enough to run 3200 meters in 10 minutes should be capable of figuring it out by themselves. If they can't, their coach is most likely aware of their weak academics and would provide pacing information.

Hopefully the original poster is academically eligible to run the meet.

Agreed. The OP should do the math. They should do the math in their head without a calculator. But the device they used to post on LRC should have a calculator if they have special needs.
