Hey folks,
I will be running Boston in two months, and I have an embarrassing problem.
In the past 8 marathons I ran, I had to poop around mile 10-12 about *50%* of the time.
Yes, that's despite my efforts at trying to poop in the morning, drinking coffee etc.
What I need is a much more BULLET-PROOF strategy to avoid pooping, as I'm going for a PR.
What is your most RELIABLE routine to make sure your bowels are empty, prior to the race?
I'd appreciate any advice.
