Ok so this just happened. Went to my CrossFit class and we had a pullup challenge.
I started off doing sets of 10, after 6 sets had to reduce to sets of seven and got some support when I further had to reduce my sets to 5 and later 3. But I persisted.
Did the 100. Couldn’t believe it when I looked in the mirror afterwards, the pump made my muscles pop. Looked like christano Ronaldo.
What did you do today? Ran another 5k? Lol.
