Which professional runner, 800 and above, has the best physique? Must be considered natty.
First nomination - Peter Bol (800m) . Guy looks like he could switch from athletics to body building and be competitive after several months.

Solinsky.
Here’s a random NPC Bantamweight. Bantamweight is the lightest weight class, 143lbs
So just no.....
However, I think MOST runners could after a year of lifting not place LAST at a local/regional NPC show.
Mostly because you already have a predisposition for leanness so getting down to a true 4-5% shouldn’t be that crazy a task.
And this is IF you are competing at a lighter weight class where the pickings are slim anyway...so 143lb.
Hall as an example could cut down to a very ripped 143lb from his current bloated 180 and maybe place mid pack.

Do you know why he’s 5’1 and why that’s important for him?

Actually female runners stand a better chance of being competitive in the NPC Figure or Bikini contests.

What part of natty do you not understand? Fake bitties are fake.
There's a newish category of bodybuilding called Mens Physique.
In natural/no drugs Mens Phisique competitions is where some runners would stand a chance

Agree. The “no legs” division.
Alan
This looks like a sub-category of Men's Physique Called Men's Athletic
There’s also a “Classic” division. Really all depends on your federation.
I did one show about a decade ago. Never again. Too much stress, too much obsessed control over every part of your day. I like to eat. I like to workout and be done. Getting ready for a show is 24 hours a day for 12-20 weeks.
