A small amount of ice cold chocolate milk always hits the spot...after washing out the throat and mouth with some ice cold water.
I normally chug, sometimes shotgun, about 2-3 kegs immediately after my typical sub 45 minute 20 miler. I figure if you cant go big go home. Then I screw a slutty bitch. You wish you were me.
