Unless your an endurance machine and you're already at peak development; don't run a marathon. There have been too many stories of kids being injured doing marathon training
But, if you are VERY committed to doing this, TAKE IT EASYYYYYY for the first 6-7 weeks, and add in strides and hill sprints at the end of 2 to 3 runs per week. But make all the runs EASYYY for the first 6-7 weeks, and when I say easy; I mean easier than you think is easy. TRUST ME!
