Today I ran 12 x 400m with 200m recovery.
I did all of them between 68-72 seconds... there was a 20 mph headwind which made the last 200m extra difficult. For instance, in a couple of my reps I went out in 32 for the first 200m and ended in 68 (so 36 for the last 200m!). So, would my interval times have been better if there was no wind? Also, by how many seconds would you estimate a 20 mph wind effect 400m times (if any)?
