I only briefly tried the non 4% shoes over the summer on one run. Afterwards I had pains all over my legs. I do all my training in structures but have no issues racing in the minimalist shoes for track and road.
I’m planning on racing half’s this fall before indoor next season and am looking to get into the 4% if it will help me. Are they really that unstable? Is there an adjustment period? Will Nike ever make a pair with some inside support?

The Pegasus are terrible it feels like there is no support on the rear and it’s unstable and collapses constantly. How people run on a flimsy rear heel I don’t understand. Can I make the 4% work for me
