It is, but they did a better job painting over the swoosh than Adidas

Fake news. People could have seen the shoe, but until last week, the line was that it was only going to be produced for their pros.

Well then you're at least a week late. But in reality, it was let slip by a Skechers sales rep in a comment on the Running Shoe Geeks website at least 2 weeks ago in a comment that has since been deleted. Limited summer release. June/July timeframe if I recall correctly.

Worse than Reebok or Saucony. Low quality rip-offs of competitor designs and engineering. Only people who work for Skechers say otherwise.
Has King Ches worn these shoes yet?

Not only is he not a shoe insider, he’s a man with such abnormally large feet that he genuinely isn’t qualified to give shoe advice to 99% of runners. We’re talking size 14+.

Where did you get the + from?

1. I don’t work for Skechers.
2. Oh no; they are copying the most effective design in the history of running shoes, but with their own materials at a lower price point? Dang, why can’t they be more like Asics and keep making 12oz gel-cushioned shoes?

What did he wear at the Manchester Road Race?
That place looks really thick in the forefoot. I'm guessing that these shoes are actually a bigger performance boost than 4%, but at an even greater risk of injury.
Would like to see these in person. wrote:

Btw. They are super ugly.

No. Ches as well as any Skechers Athlete has had the opportunity to wear that this entire past year but they haven't. At CIM you saw many Skechers kits on both men/women side all wearing VFs...If you watched all of the Sub2 documentaries Nike was able to engineer the VF in the lab with conclusive tests relative to Kipchoges stride small tweaks like upper material, rubber pattern were made after this.
Jeff that's great Skechers is going to make this in your size and I hope they work for you. This flat however needs to be addressed with some empirical data from Engineers not Designers.
I've tested some of Skechers prototypes and the feel is that they're just makeshifting some theory mashed up from some Hoka. They missed the small details like having the foot recessed into the midsole (a la "bucket seats Hoka") in their GRR7. Their MaxTrail you can't even take on a Minimum Trail.
