Okay so I study and live in the UAE, I'm 15 years old (not sure what you guys call that in the US, sophomore?) And I've only been taking my sprinting and times seriously for about a year or so, never putting much time into it before that. My current best (on a rubber track w/o spikes) is about 57 seconds. I run a 12s 100m and around a 24 200m. I have been really consistent with my regime for the past year, and I was wondering if I could achieve sub-50 by college age? (18-19 I guess?)
Any thoughts on how to improve and/or training routines would be much appreciated as I've been training myself with the help of the internet for the past few months.
