I just bought Skechers Gorun ride7 after reading advices on the forum to a marathon girl. They feel very comfortable, but there is a lot of foam on the midsole.
I bought them for long trainingruns (about 2 hours), but as I am used to minimalistic shoes, is this something I can do right away, or may I get hurt by that?
I am midfoot striker (forefoot when the going gets faster, but I have low endurance so that does not happen often!)
Ideas/advice?
