Nice review Smoove. I would have bought some if I could have carried off the headband look.

Thanks very much for the kind words, guys.
And on the subject of Junk, I note that I like that Daniel-san headband. I may have to cave in and buy one. Junk makes lots of nice designs.

Daniel-san headband? What's that? (joking at my own expense)
Nice race today, OR.
Thanks, jewbacca. Regarding the headband...you know—Daniel-san, a.k.a the Karate Kid?
OR great job racing.
I must say the BBL Daniel-san headband is nice. I have a few of the Junk headbands and must say they are really good.
The Daniel San. RRR as model.
I definitely break out the head band on those hot and humid days. I don't care how I look wearing it. As long as it keeps the stinging sweat out of my eyes, I am a happy camper. Mine is a solid color so I probably look like a throwback to the 70's.

Goal - Half marathon debut in June. Targeting sub-70.
Much better week. Still no workouts yet, but they are on the horizon.
Sunday - 20.5. Intended 17, but ran into an out-of-town friend midway and figured his company was worth the extra mileage. Felt great. Sub-6:10 average.
Monday - 9.5. Very easy and gentle. Trails.
Tuesday - 10. First 7-8 were great, but the final few miles were grinding a bit. Badly needed fluids and calories. Trails once again.
Wednesday - 8. Pretty brisk run on a flat bike path.
Thursday - 12 total. Ran to work, ran a quick pace for a 7.5 mile loop, and eventually ran home.
Friday - 11. Smooth run with friends.
Saturday - 9. Very easy and gentle on a nice, flat, gravel path.
80 total. Felt great.
