I have to run the 800 and the 4x4 in a track meet tomorrow, and today was my first time running in 2 weeks. I was off for an injury, but i dont think that the coaches believe me that I'm injured. I've been biking for 20-40 minutes each day, with the exception of the weekends. I doubt ankle is fully healed, and its been bothersome since xc season. what should I do? should i run tomorrow, or should i not. I thought i could run through it in early track season but it got progressively worse when i did so.
