Does anyone have a treadmill pace table they've created or seen that is legit?
Essentially looking for paces by speed and incline and how that compares to running on relatively flat ground outside.
Winter is here, and some days it's not feasible for me to get outside. I usually run at a 7:00-7:30 pace outside, but the same effort at 2.5-3.0% incline on the treadmill says I'm running 8:30+ miles; which just seems off.
I know treadmill running and outdoor running aren't apples to apples, but the variance seems significant when trying to hit daily mileage goals and balancing that with not loving being on the treadmill in the first place.
