I follow Alexi Pappas on Instagram (I know she’s not liked on these forums, and I do find her annoying too, blah blah blah, not the point), and Mary Cain has been featured in a lot of her recent stories, apparently training with the Kastor Mammoth crew. Anyone have any info on this—is this a permanent group for Mary or is she just visiting? If so, it’s an interesting choice for her—marathon-centered training and far from New York.
Looks like she’s only there for a few weeks, but Mary is definitely looking good these days...

I'd say it's too big a generalization to say Pappas isn't liked on here. Sure there are some who aren't fans but that comes with any celebrity/athlete. Some do like her.
I think the biggest thing from this is what you allude to "Kastor Mammoth " but a lot of people might miss as it's not shown in the 1st picture above but is in picture #4 (Screenshot below) and that is Pappas' coach is Deena Kastor.

I think that is Margo Malone from Syracuse. Pray she is not an alexi wannabe.
Mary Cain is definitely looking much more fit than in the summer. Could be a big comeback.
