hit 57 last week. the way I did it was dumb though, with 9 and 11 for Monday and Tuesday and then ~7mi every other day when I realized I was overdoing it.
on days I feel okay I'm doing 50-70% of the run at 6:40/mi effort, which hopefully gets me more efficient at that pace. not sure if that makes any sense, but it's not difficult to do so it can't be hurting me
Ethiopia sounds cool. Saw that Farah only ran 61min, is he off the dope? too many european spectators at the track last week?
