Hi guys I'm a 17 year old runner with a PB over 5K of 18:30. Last January I ran 28 minutes for the 5K when I was well overweight and got down to 18:30 of mainly 30-40 mile weeks and have only recently(last couple weeks) gone over 40 miles. I'm training for a half marathon which is in mid march and was wondering how increasing my mileage consistently in the next few months of around 50 miles and more will impact my 5K time? I'm doing mile repeats, 2 mile repeats, long run of over 10 miles and some easy days along with a 20 minute tempo run. P. S. I'm aiming for a sub 1 hr 25 half marathon
