This past indoor I had pain on the top of my right foot. Took x-rays.. nothing showed up.. doctor told me it was bracitis (sp?).. and gave me a cortizone shot.. pretty much went away.. now im back running more serious mileage (70+) and I feel it coming back. I do wear the cubatos 3-4 times a week and it has a very narrow tight fit. I love that... but unfortunately I think since my laces are hovering right over my skin its irritating the top of the foot. I feel fine when I run but when im done walking around the house.. OUCH. Besides icing and unfortunately wearing only a heavy trainer.. anyone have any advice.??
