So if you run twice you do two 7:30 runs to total 15 minutes or you actually run 30 minutes some weeks? If you ran two 15 minute runs and then raced a 5K, you’d be pretty close to 50 minutes for the week! I wouldn’t be bragging about breaking 20 minutes for a 5K if you’re running that much.
You're getting quite a sriffy from this guy it seems and still struggling with some pretty basic reading skills.
